The takeoff and estimate is checked and double-checked for errors. The estimate assemblies are compared and labor/material ratios are analyzed. The estimates prepared by CWS are very detailed and are probably more detailed than the estimates you have previously used. The electronic takeoff format provides the highest level of accuracy.

POST BID

CWS is available after the bid process. As a matter of fact, using CWS is a lot like having the benefit of an “in-house” estimator. At minimal cost, we can provide: vendor quote sheets, a bill of materials, material stocking list and labor breakdown (by area). We can even setup the schedule of values for your invoicing requirements.
